Support for Raspberry Pi 3 is discontinued.
Support for Ubuntu 18.04 will be discontinued in the next major release (6.1).
Support for MacOS 11 will be discontinued in the next major release (6.1).
Support for Raspberry OS 10 will be discontinued in the next major release (6.1).

Default resolution for Screen Recording set to “Native” for better quality when sharing with Support.
Server user created during installation granted rendering permission to support hardware acceleration on Ubuntu 20.04+.
Improved warning message when using Digest Authentication.
Keyboard shortcut fix: “Save Layout as...” now only “Ctrl + Shift + S” (removed “Ctrl + Alt + S” conflict).
Bookmark search improved.
Japanese translations in Web Admin improved.

Axis analytics improved; Object Tracking introduced.
On Hikvision cameras, multiple notifications could be triggered for a single analytic object. Fixed.
Native best shots for non-LPR objects supported on Hikvision cameras.
Axis cameras did not send LPR metadata after upgrading to 6.x. Fixed.
Advanced Object Search did not list all available objects. Fixed.

Hikvision DS-9032HUHI-K8 displayed as multi-sensor camera instead of NVR. Fixed.
Alarm input events supported on Hikvision DS-2TD1228x.
OEM camera IPC-Color4K-T-3.6mm recognized as Dahua with analytics capabilities.
Axis D4100-E could not be added. Fixed.
Hikvision iDS-2CD7A46G0/P-IZHSY bookmarks created with wrong timestamps (one hour ahead). Fixed.
Reolink RLC-812A stream could not be displayed in Desktop Client. Fixed.
Sound-only devices (e.g., AXIS 1004E speaker) did not play sound after switching layouts. Fixed.

Servers could not be updated from 5.1.5 to 6.0 on Ubuntu 18.04. Fixed.
Pre-recording time for Event Rule could not exceed 60 seconds even when set higher. Fixed.
When Desktop Client was newer than Server and Server required update, automatic update failed (manual required). Fixed.
Cloud merge could fail in certain network environments. Fixed.
Some Samba storage locations failed to add with “Invalid storage path.” Fixed.
Custom maxSceneVideoItems could not be set above 64 cameras per layout. Fixed.

Non-power users could not add shared layouts on Showreel. Fixed.
Desktop Client could freeze after long playback (~24 hours). Fixed.
Desktop Client on Intel HD Graphics could freeze when hovering over Resource Tree. Fixed.
Gray overlay on some H265 MPEG-TS streams. Fixed.
Multi-video exports could show “NO DATA” on some items. Fixed.
Timeline calendar displayed incorrectly if OS first day of week ≠ Sunday. Fixed.
On NVidia GPU with hardware acceleration, image quality degraded when dewarping/zooming fisheye. Fixed.
JPG files did not open with hardware decoding enabled. Fixed.
macOS: context menu didn’t appear when right-clicking items in top-left (Device Tree). Fixed.
Non-owner local/cloud users could periodically disconnect. Fixed.
Time positions could desync on large layouts after going full-screen. Fixed.
Chinese localization: object search menu text displayed incorrectly. Fixed.
IP addresses sorted incorrectly in device list. Fixed.
Some menus (e.g., User Management) displayed incorrectly if “Roboto” font installed in OS. Fixed.
Alarm layout cell aspect ratio changed to 16:9 when triggered during Showreel. Fixed.
“Apply” button in “Local Settings” active with no changes. Fixed.
Custom permission groups in target system could disappear after merge. Fixed.
Some localizations: LDAP dialog texts displayed incorrectly. Fixed.
Desktop Client failed to restart in compatibility mode 6.0 → 4.2. Fixed.
Desktop Client did not open linked camera from event log hyperlink. Fixed.

Analytics plugin optimized (excessive requests removed).
RoadAI: vehicles detected as “Gray” displayed as “Orange.” Fixed.
Intercom: missing tooltip on Push-to-talk soft-trigger. Fixed.
Archive recorded from Hanwha QNV-8080R could not be played back after prolonged recording. Fixed.
