Release Notes

IMPORTANT: The iOS app has been submitted to your AppStore Connect account and is available to test through TestFlight. Please do NOT release it within your AppStore Connect Portal.

If the iOS App is not in the Apple Store, the latest Apple Developer Agreement has not been accepted. Only the Account Holder of the Apple Developer account can do this. Please accept the agreement and get back to us.

Breaking Changes

• Support of Server versions 5.0 and older is discontinued.
• Android 11 and earlier will not be supported starting with the next major release (26.1).
• iOS / iPadOS 17 and earlier will not be supported starting with the next major release (26.1).

New Features

• Enterprise (SaaS) users can navigate through available Channel Partners and Organizations directly from the Welcome Screen.
• Enterprise (SaaS) users can share links to archive fragments such as bookmarks and detected analytics objects.
• Cross-Site layouts are now supported in the Mobile Client.

Improvements

• Search on the Welcome Screen was redesigned and improved.
• The “Connect to Site” authentication sheet was redesigned.
• A navigation panel was added to the Site view screen.
• The Settings screen was redesigned and “App Info” was added.
• Enterprise (SaaS): a new “Shared Only” filter was added to bookmark search for 6.1 Servers.

Bug Fixes

• The “Log in to Cloud” dialog was always shown in English despite the selected System language. Fixed.
• Shared layouts did not have a specific icon in Mobile Client. Fixed.
• The “Archive Encrypted” placeholder was not displayed on the Bookmarks / Objects preview screen. Fixed.
• If a camera was opened from the Bookmark preview screen, Object Search could not be opened from the camera menu. Fixed.
• Mobile Client displayed the timeline in UTC for Servers 5.1.x if a time request had never been performed on Server. Fixed.
• If a user logged into a Cloud account using uppercase letters, Mobile Client did not receive push notifications. Fixed.

Android Specific

• Video on the Bookmark preview screen could load indefinitely after the app was minimized. Fixed.
